AI consulting
Before building anything, we help you figure out what to build. Our AI consulting covers strategy and prioritisation, readiness and feasibility, roadmap and approach selection. We help you invest in the right use cases and the right technology, with clear next steps.
Don’t know where, how or why to adopt AI?
hours
of wasted time per day searching for data
Workers working with data often spend around two hours per day searching for information. Without a clear way to query that knowledge, teams repeat the same lookups and decisions take longer.
months
to first value without a roadmap
Many organisations spend six to twelve months experimenting with AI before they see measurable value, often because they skip strategy and jump straight to tools or projects.
of initiatives
without a clear approach fail to reach production
Studies repeatedly show that a large share of AI and analytics initiatives never make it from pilot to production. Common reasons include the wrong use case, poor fit between problem and technology, or no plan for rollout and ownership.
We help you decide and plan: which problems to tackle first, which type of AI fits, and how to implement with clarity and governance.
Consulting scope
Strategy & prioritisation
Align the use of AI with business goals. Decide which use cases to pursue first and why.
Assessment & readiness
Assess feasibility, identify 2–3 high-value use cases, and recommend the right type of AI/ML.
Roadmap & sequencing
Phased plan from the assessment: what first, dependencies, resourcing, success metrics. Prioritised backlog and timeline so you know how to measure success.
Approach & technology selection
Match the problem to the right type of AI/ML - no hammer in search of a nail. We point to the right solution type for each use case.
Implementation support
Guidance during build: architecture, technology, integration, rollout. We advise or partner; we can build with you or support your team.
Governance & responsibility
Use AI safely by defining ethics and rules, meeting compliance, keeping humans in the loop on key decisions, and managing risk.
Use case: Overcoming documents overload
A customer needed to give users fast, reliable answers from a large body of regulations, circulars, and commentaries. Support was drowning in “where does it say…?” and “what applies to…?” questions. They wanted to “do something with AI” but had no clear plan: no prioritised use cases, no chosen technology, and no view of how to roll it out without disrupting existing workflows.
The challenge
We ran a short assessment:
- The client’s content structure,
- Typical questions,
- Support volume,
- Constraints (compliance, auditability).
Roadmap
To tackle the solution in a controlled manner, we proposed a 4-stage roadmap.
1.
Implementation
The WagaLabs team implements the solution.
2.
Internal Q&A assistant
Internal Q&A assistant for support and editorial teams.
3.
Limited pilot
Open a limited pilot to subscribers to test the feasibility and reception.
4.
Full release
We fully launch the application.
The result
We ran a short assessment:
- Support time for “where does it say…?” queries dropped sharply;
- The first subscriber pilot is running with clear usage and quality metrics.
- We have a roadmap for the next use cases (e.g. change alerts, cross-reference lookup) instead of ad-hoc experiments.
