SOLUTION
The Marketplace
The Marketplace is a solution for the customers of Global Payments. It offers them a place where they can view and edit their data, order new POS terminals, review their traffic and contact support.
We also offer value added services like analytics, terminal insurance, easy loans and so on. We strive to offer a convenient platform where they can find everything they need in one place.
COLLABORATION
A mixed approach
We’ve used a mix of approaches when it comes to collaboration. We’ve made some parts of the solution ourselves and collaborating with outside teams for the others. The Global Payments team has kept a tight collaboration with our team, online and in person.

Dashboard
This is the dashboard. Here the user can find their main data, like the amount of their locations, terminals, payment gates. They can also find some statistics about their weekly sales with details about the change from previous weeks. They can find a shortcut to their documents and invoices.
Value-added services
This is the page where the user can find the value-added services available to them. We call this page the Store. Each service has its own individual page, tailored to its specific needs. For example, some are terminal-related, some are company related.
Message center
This is the messaging center. It’s tightly wound with the Marketplace’s support system. The user can report an issue through the Support page, and they will be able to get information and communicate with the support team here. They will also receive notifications, reminders, marketing promotions and other information.
